MOBILE PLANT FOR THE PRODUCTION OF TRADITIONAL SAND-CEMENT SUB-BASES<\/h1>\n

Features<\/h2>\n

MIXA TS-200 Cargo thanks to its generous size and provision for reloading of various components in the storage facilities, it is possible to cope with both daily production and significant productions in the case of large construction works. The mobile plant is completely autonomous and 100% electric<\/strong>. Thanks to a generous motor-generator in line with the limits imposed by law regarding emission into the atmosphere ( STAGE V<\/strong> engine), it makes it possible to make the truck completely independent from the machinery itself: this avoids keeping the truck running for hours during work operations, reducing consumption, pollution, noise (especially in built-up areas…) and greatly extending the life of the truck itself. <\/p>\n

The plant consists of the following main groups:<\/h2>\n
    \n
  • Self-supporting frame encompassing the aggregate tank and supporting the cement batching and mixing system at the front; the frame, made of high-strength steel, composed of press-folded sheet metal and tubular sections, is equipped with “twist-lock” attachments for fastening to a platform set up on the customer’s truck. The system, container-like, allows the plant to be regarded as a mobile crate and not rigidly anchored to the truck itself. Side doors for access to the pump compartments or compressor-motor compartments are then installed on the chassis. <\/li>\n
  • A large-cube aggregate tank equipped with an extractor belt driven by a high-efficiency electric gear motor; the belt, slightly concave, is equipped with scrapers and terminates in the primary mixer; a cover sheet is installed as standard.<\/li>\n
  • A watertight cement hopper with auger extraction system. The hopper can be refilled either by pressure or by dropping from an external auger through gates; a weighing system with load cells can be installed upon request. <\/li>\n
  • Mixing water dosing system consisting of a tank embedded in the frame, directly behind the aggregate tank, and a dedicated pump with flow meter.<\/li>\n
  • Other additive dosing systems on request (liquid, gel, powder).<\/li>\n
  • Double mixer: the first twin-shaft equipped with load cells that processes in the first stage all the mixing materials and discharges through a valve at the bottom into the 190-liter pressure mixer powered by 5600-liter\/minute variable displacement screw compressor powered by 30-kw electric motor. The mixers move from a transport and truck transfer position (i.e., above the flatbed line) to a working area (within operator reach).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The system is equipped with an adjustable platform<\/strong> via appropriate actuators to bring the primary twin-shaft mixer “level” along both the truck axis and the transverse axis for correct load cell reading.<\/p>\n

    The mixers are also covered by a flap cloth placed at the front just below the inspection walkways<\/p>\n

    • A customized operator panel and radio control system for programming and operating the machinery: thanks to the latter, all the functions of the plant itself can be controlled remotely.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • State-of-the-art 55 kW STAGE V motor generator for powering all machine systems.<\/li>\n
      • Pressure washer, lance and hose reel for washing high-pressure mixers.<\/li>\n
      • Internal underbody lighting system for illumination of all system components and a lighting system for the work area, i.e., the mixer area.<\/li>\n
      • Conveyor screw with hopper for filling additive powder (OPTIONAL).<\/li>\n
      • Pipe reel for screed delivery pipe: the motorized system with a diameter of about 1.8 meters is installed in a compartment between the cement\/filler tanks and the aggregate tank. It allows more than 200 meters of pipe to be held. <\/li>\n
